Story
Water is a rather contemplative piece. The drop of water creating ever spreading rings in a calm pool. This piece reflects serenity coupled with gentle motion. Liquid, the element of water, is understanding, trusting, devoted, merciful, forgiving, modest, compassionate, and meditative. Water from around the globe... Chakra. Water is the Svadhisthana or Sacral Chakra. Physically, Swadisthana governs reproduction, mentally it governs creativity, emotionally it governs joy, and spiritually it governs enthusiasm. Astrology. In astrology the Water Signs are Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces. They are attuned to waves of emotion, and often seem to have a built-in sonar for reading a mood. This gives them a special sensitivity in relationships, knowing when to show warmth and when to hold back. At their best, they are a healing force that brings people together. Water signs are tuned into the many shades of meaning in relationships, and at times can absorb "vibes" from others. They have an imaginative, nurturing spirit often prone to being dreamy. The Element dangle earrings have been designed to work beautifully with the matching Elements Pendant, and are trimmed down a bit compared to the pendant to be lighter weight which makes them really comfortable to ware. They measure 1 ¼ inches tall and 3/8 of an inch at its widest arching to an overall thickness of ¼ inch. The total length is 1 ¾ inches including the ear wire. The earring dangles from a handmade ear wire hung through an oval opening just as with the matching pendent. The Element post earrings have been designed to work beautifully with the matching Elements Pendant, and are trimmed down a bit compared to the pendant to be lighter weight which makes them really comfortable to ware.
